Brest Bretagne Airport (BES)
Airport Information

(Brest, France)

Situated approximately 9 km / 6 miles north-east of the city of Brest and close to Guipavas, Gouesnou and Kergaradec, Brest Bretagne Airport (BES) lies within the Finistère region. The airport is a particularly useful entry point to the Brittany region of north-western France, and just a 50-minute flight from Paris.

Brest Bretagne Airport offers ten flights to the capital each day, as well as frequent daily connections with London Stansted, Birmingham, Lyon, Nice, Marseilles, Nantes and Toulon. The airport has one terminal, which currently handles approximately 800,000 passengers per year, around 100,000 of which are charter flights. Following a recent major rebuilding programme, the overall capacity of Brest Bretagne Airport has now been increased to 1.8 million passengers, allowing for substantial growth in the near future.

Road access to Brest Bretagne Airport is good, with those coming from Morlaix and Rennes being able to access the terminal via the E50, and the E60 connecting Quimper and Nantes. Taxis are available from outside the terminal for the short ride to Brest and local destinations, while a shuttle bus service also runs the route, stopping at Saint Luc and the Brest railway station (Gares Routière et SNCF), from where you can get connections to destinations across France.
